Fifteen exercises, grouped together in threes.
- Do three moves back to back without stopping. Do the maximum reps for each move.
- Take a 30 second break after each set of three, then proceed to the next group of three moves.
- (ADVANCED) When you've done all 15 moves, repeat to maximum reps again.
